Trunk or Treat

Below are the guidelines for setting up a car at the Trunk or Treat. Please read thoroughly.

• Participating vehicles will need to be parked in the designated area no later than 4:00pm (parking lot will close at 4:45pm). Vehicles arriving after 4:30pm will not be allowed entry for safety reasons.

• All participants' trunks should be decorated and staffed by 5:00pm.

• Electricity will not be available for use

• All themes need to be family friendly and should refrain from anything overly spooky or gory

• This is a family-friendly event and smoking and alcohol are not permitted

• Participating cars should bring enough candy for 100 participants (Store bought and wrapped). CVCYC will replenish candy as needed.

• For safety reasons, please plan to stay parked and decorated until 8 pm, breaking down your decorations and leaving after that. No in/out privileges will be allowed.

• All Vendors must be off the premises by 9:00 P.M.

• CVCYC reserves the right to refuse entry to any person, entity, or organization.

• All cars must operate within their space boundary lines.

• Vendors must leave their space ‘broom’ clean. Leaving trash is a violation and will be subject to a fine.

• No use of the CVCYC dumpster is permitted

• Reservations can be held only until 4:30 pm.

• CVCYC shall not be responsible or liable to participants for any loss or damage that may result to participant or their property from water, fire, explosion, theft, willful or negligent act of CVCYC or its officers, employees, or agents, or from any other source or cause whatsoever.

• Participant agrees to comply with all requirements of any insurer which are reasonably necessary for insurance carried by CVCYC for its own benefit.

• Participant shall neither commit nor omit any act which would result in a cancellation of any insurance policy carried by CVCYC.
